I'm not sure what the occasion is, but The Chameleons are currently touring North America, playing their 1986 album Strange Times in full! With this stop at The Pearl here in Vancouver.
Their discography as a whole is pretty underrated in the realm of post-punk. Highly recommended to fans of The Cure, especially Disintegration era fans.
Frontman Mark Burgess sounded as good as ever. Neat experience for sure to hear an album in full live like that.
