Not too much to add to my previous blurb, but I don't think this gets enough credit for how funny it is. Can't help but laugh whenever Bruno appears out of nowhere to check up on his buddy Guy. And the merry-go-round sequence is fantastic. Hitchcock loves trains, but this might be his quintessential train movie, just based on the fact that it's his only one with "train" in the title!
Watched at the Paradise on Bloor. This screening was actually an invite from Letterboxd! And my first time at the Paradise. Pretty snazzy little theatre. Worth checking out if you're looking for a more upscale repertory experience.
