Gotta check in with my old man on this one… it's the exact kind of underseen '70s flick he'll casually name drop. You look it up, and it's stacked. You watch it, and it rips. Loved it as a pastiche of all things Hitchcock, Vertigo being the obvious pull. To blend that up with melodrama and noir, Demme is swinging for the fences stylistically, but it’s great. Superb location shooting in and around Niagara Falls.
