Bit of a nothing burger. Thought it would work itself into an eat-the-rich kind of affair, but it never really went anywhere. I guess it doesn't always have to be as dramatic as that, if all you want to say is wealth isn't all it's chalked up to be. Love me some Hangman, and the mini Top Gun: Maverick reunion here with Ed Harris was neat, but I'm starting to question Powell's leading man material. Perhaps his agent needs to find him some more compelling scripts, but this and The Running Man barely register. Would have liked to see Margaret Qualley get more screen time here.
